We are the Honolulu Pickle Company, an Oahu-based company featuring artisanal gourmet pickles that are the culinary creation of California Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu trained Chef Chris Williams. Honolulu Pickle Company co-owner Barbara Ann Williams is a Hawaii-born attorney, author and creator who enjoys collaborating with other local artists. All ingredients we use are fresh and locally procured. Many of our gourmet pickles were featured at the Fiery Food Show in New Mexico and in various gourmet food stores in the U.S. as San Francisco Pickle Company.
