The ungovernable project

We are a small business selling beef tallow. We source raw suet locally from a ranch here in central Texas that practices regenerative farming. We render the suet ourselves in a local commercial kitchen. We sell 2 sizes of our grass fed cooking & baking fat, and we also have several skincare products such as moisturizers, sun block, lip balms- all handmade with our tallow.
