Iowa Wildcraft
Vendor
We are a small urban farm located in Waukee, Iowa. Our focus is on sustainable growing/ foraging practices and upcycled/eco friendly packaging. We specialize in providing high-quality farmed and foraged foods, all of which are prepared using traditional preservation practices. Every product we offer is either grown directly on our small-scale regenerative farm or carefully foraged from our local landscape.
Our selection includes a variety of freshly grown produce and handcrafted items, such as jams, jellies, herbed salts, and fermented vegetables. We also offer sourdough starters, foraged fruit vinegars, and wild-harvested mushrooms.
In addition to our agricultural work, we are committed to food justice and community support, donating 20% of our harvest to local community fridges through our volunteer program.
April Clark
I am co-owner and operator of Iowa Wildcraft, a small-scale regenerative farm, alongside my partner, Parker Grimes. In addition to my work at the farm, I serve as the Community Events & Outreach Coordinator for Cultivate Local Food Connections and the Value Chain Coordinator at the Iowa Food Cooperative.
At Iowa Wildcraft, we specialize in growing specialty crops and foraging wild foods to create value-added products using traditional preservation methods. We are deeply committed to food justice and sustainability; our farm operates a volunteer program to support our community fridges, and we donate 20% of our total harvest to improve local food access.
