Microgreens

So What is a Microgreen? Don’t confuse a microgreen with a sprout! Microgreens are essentially a micro-vegetable with more flavor, more nutrition (up to 40 times more) and harvested right before or immediately after its first true leaf is formed.

Microgreens come in so many varieties such as radish, broccoli, pea shoots and even corn. We even have microherbs that can be used the same way. They are great with eggs, soups, sandwiches, smoothies and more!
