A dress designer by trade, I started to bake as a hobby. However, I like it so much that I got multiple pastry and cakes courses to improve my culinary ability. Thus, over ten years ago I decided to apply my designer talent and knowledge and make the confection of beautiful and delicious homemade cakes and sweets my primary job.
