Founded in the Bronx, NYC, slowcocoa handcrafts chocolate that tells a story – from plants to personality, cocoa beans to compost. We create zero-waste, vegan, gluten-free and kosher-certified chocolate that aims for connection beyond indulgence, inspiring us to slow down and harness flavor, smell and texture as tools for mindfulness and conscious consumerism. Through poetry pairings, guided tasting events, and direct-trade partnerships, we aim to invite our communities to reflect on the impact of individual food choices while inspiring us all to rethink what chocolate can be.
