SayChef transforms local produce from the far east end of Long Island into recipes inspired by Chef David's years spent studying in Italy. They use a special canning method to preserve their culinary creations in beautiful glass jars such as Pickled Golden Sweet Beets, Pickled Turnips & Dill, Sundried Tomatoes and Marinated Tuscan White Beans.
