Orchard Hill

Orchard Hill is a diversified market farm located in the heart of Westchester County, NY, on the border of Katonah and Somers. They are focused on providing in-demand fresh market products at farmers markets and to the local communities. They take great pride in the quality and flavor of what they grow.
They specialize in greens -- both fresh salad greens and a wide variety of Asian cooking greens, annual vegetable crops, berries, and more. Although they are not certified organic in any way, they are devoted and committed to using all organically-approved methods and sustainable practices, and always have been.
Their mission is to maximize the nutritional content of their products and improve the land they farm on. They rely on soil mineralization, composting, compost teas, biological controls, cover cropping, all with the same goal of improving the soil health for both disease management and pest control. They aim to build a resilient farm ecosystem and community from the soil up.
In all that they do, they believe in the shortest route from their fields to customers tables.
