Echo Creek Farm

Echo Creek Farm is a small family run farm located in Salem, NY near the Vermont border. Mike and Jennifer and their three children grow Certified Organic vegetables. Michael has worked extensively in the restaurant industry and owned and operated his own restaurant - The Sushi Bar at Stratton Mtn - before he became a farmer. Jennifer has worked in the gardening industry for Plantscape Greenhouses and Gardeners Supply Company. Both worked for Paul and Sandy Arnold on Pleasant Valley Farm. As they near a decade in farming, they strive to be a year round, profitable, sustainable farm.
