We are an inspected processing plant and farm located in Ozark Arkansas! We produce poultry, beef and pork. We were formerly the meat vendor for Fort Smith Farmer's Market but have decided to leave due to some decisions made by the leadership!

We sell fresh meat as well as shelf stable smoked Meats such as snack sticks, Summer Sausage. We have quite a few specialty items like Bratwurst, polish sausage, burgers and more!
