For the past 20 years, we have proudly operated a takeout sushi place with a deep commitment to the 'Made in Hawaii' ethos. Our sushi showcases the best of Hawaii with fresh ahi from the Big Island, Kona coffee, and locally-sourced vegetables like avocados and beets, as well as eggs from Oahu. We emphasize a farm-to-table approach to support and celebrate our community. Our rice, a premium 'Nanatsuboshi' brand from Hokkaido, Japan, is milled locally in Hawaii to ensure it remains fresh and perfectly moist.

Our dedicated team embodies the true Aloha spirit, creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer while offering a taste of a new Hawaii. Having proudly participated in the Makiki Farmers Market for the past five years, we are excited to expand and apply for a spot at the Blaisdell Center, where we look forward to continuing our tradition of exceptional sushi and community connection.
