Linguica

This is a Smoked Portuguese sausage and is their version of Kielbasa. It is great in soups, with beans and kale specifically, it's great with seafood as well as eggs in the morning. It is also just amazing grilled and on a bun. Since this is a smoked sausage it is also good to be served cold on a cheese plate for appetizers.
