Hi, my name is Giuseppe, I am an Italian chef, and I would like to share a piece of my culture here in Sarasota.

Our artisanal products are 💯 % Made in Italy, produced with imported Italian flours, and made by an Italian chef!

We have 4 types of mother yeast for our various products and everything is completely handmade to order; there are no leftovers from the previous day.

All our goods are only produced after receiving your individual orders online.

While we don’t have a storefront just yet, we are taking personal and business orders online! Each order will be shipped 36-48 hours after it is received, which is precisely enough time to give the sourdough starter the necessary time to do its splendid job through a controlled leavening and maturation process.

Our philosophy on food is rooted in freshness first and gut healthy ingredients that Italian cuisine is known for. We look forward to serving you 🇮🇹
