We offer HOT HIIT classes (cycle, blast, water rower) and HOT isometric classes (yoga, barre, pilates, core, stretch, and more) We have 8 saunas that fit a max of 3 people and a functional training area that has free weights, cable machines, and more. We offer a FREE 1st Class to everyone 18+ years.
