Sara Ratza, HHP
With a bachelor's degree in Studio Art from Indiana University, Sara has found that creating chocolate has bridged the gap between her love for the studio and culinary arts. As a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Western Herbalist, it has become a passion to formulate unique flavors using the best plants she can find. A former teacher, Sara sets out to educate the world about this special plant that we know as the Theobroma cacao.
When Sara is not making chocolate, you can find her as a busy homeschool mom, studying something, or in the kitchen coming up with new creations for her future cookbook.
