Broke Betty’s is a fantasy project that my husband and I have daydreamed over for quite some time…

We all live in this capitalistic hell-scape together and are constantly trying to find ways to make our lives meaningful amongst all the muck. There should be no reason that two full time educators should “HAVE TO” supplement their income by reselling in order to support their family of 5, but tis’ the case and here we are!!! **insert dramatic burned-out teacher face here lol**

In the process of finding stock for our online reselling venture, whether that be auction sites, bulk orders or being dumpster-pirates…. we end up with ALOT of extra things that could easily be shared to the people in our community. Our dream is to one day operate a full-time free-store where people can come and get what they desire, pay what they can, and have a spot to rest and access services/resources if needed. Y’all means ALL everyone and we have to take better care of eachother, can I get a yes ma’am???!!
