Zaytuna Mediterranean Catering

Zaytuna is a Mediterranean catering business, the culinary darling of farmers markets in Seattle, Washington. We operate in four separate farmers markets (Columbia City, U district, Lake City, and Capital Hill), in the busiest areas parts of town. The Farmers Market experiences heavy traffic in the summer. Now we are planning to upgrade to a food Truck and we need your help to make it happen! Once we buy/lease the food truck, if the city allows it, we will park near major downtown offices and business locations where the 9-5 workers can easily reach you us during their lunch breaks. We can also operate in different events once we apply and get approved. We have been expanding really quickly and now we realized its time to invest in a food truck.
