I was born and raised on a dairy farm in South West Michigan. Baking has always been my passion. As a little girl instead of reading regular books you would always find a cook book in my hands. So baking comes naturally to me. The banana bread recipe I use today is the same one I wrote when I was 17 years old. I always loved banana bread but couldn't find one that I liked so I made my own. As a young girl I always went to the farmers market with my Grandma. She would sell her vegetables at the local market. So at a young age I knew that I was one day going to live my dream of owning my own bakery and selling them at the farmers market. Well fast forward many years. And here I am living my dream.
