Sweet Ellie's Bakery

I am 7 years old and have had my bakery since I was 5 and a half. I have a lot of food allergies, so I learned to make safe treats with organic ingredients! I sell pink snocones, pink lemonade, and gluten free chocolate chip cookies with pink buttercream. I make everything from scratch by myself, but my mom helps put things in the oven. My favorite snocone syrup to make is pineapple from organic pineapple juice. I love to add organic freeze dried dragonfruit powder to my treats to make them my favorite color, pink!
