Artisan Cottage Sourdough Bakers

We make amazing sourdough loaves as a home bakery in our specially designed kitchen. We use high protein flour, Hawaiian Sea Salt and water. Our top sellers are the plan loaf, the Jalapeño & Cheese which features locally grown Jalapeños and our Fried Garlic with Fresh Rosemary (Grown on property) loaf.

Our crusts are amazing and the crumb soft and delicious.

Seasonally, we grow Jaboticaba and produce our own Jam with our fruit.
