We own 12 and a half acres in the lowlands of Nepal where the land is flat and the soil is rich. Corn and rice is always growing but we also collect yak milk and cow milk from local dairy farmers. We use it to make a super dense and dehydrated cheese that is excellent for dogs. No joke. We make cheese for dogs.
