Lulu’s Granola is an innovative & delicious, millet based, gut healthy, oat-free and allergen friendly granola made in Pueblo, CO with many local and organic ingredients. 3.5oz & 9oz sized pre-packaged bags, ready-to-eat yogurt-granola parfaits and granola & milk bowls, and 24oz bulk subscriptions are available.
Lulu's Soaps are all small batch, natural, 100% plant based soaps & shampoos made from olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, avocado oil and some also with cocoa butter, with only essential oils for scent and only plant materials, never chemicals, for coloring.

Founder/ Baker Lorie Thomas RN/ BSN, developed Lulu’s Granola while experimenting with old recipes after electing to go on an Auto Immune Protocol (AIP) diet rather than pharmaceuticals for an inflammatory auto-immune condition. Having eaten a bowl of cereal for breakfast almost every day of her life and not finding any diet-approved options available at stores at the time, she looked to modify a granola recipe she put together decades earlier as a young mother by replacing oats with AIP-diet approved millet (one of the very few grains allowed). In addition to years of home baking experience, including with other gluten-free and allergen friendly ingredients, Lorie had a job for several years at a commercial bakery in Berkeley, CA—the renowned Uprisings Bakery Cooperative-–working shifts that included baking quick breads, muffins, GRANOLA, and office shifts helping with the books. Lorie also owned and operated the Hangar Bar in Denver for over 12 years, from 2006 to 2018, employing a full- and part-time staff of 5-6.
