"I am Brazilian on my mother’s side and Roman on my father’s, raised in a family of actors. For 15 years, I travelled the world as a concert photographer, capturing raw moments and vibrant expressions. Now in Canada, I bring my heritage into the kitchen, turning my longing for home into flavours that comfort and connect. Each dish I prepare is crafted with love, a little piece of Brazil served with the warmth and authenticity that has always defined me. Through every meal, I aim to share not just food, but the deep-rooted joy of a home-cooked experience."
