Notes: Mexican Dark Chocolate, Crème Brule, Syrupy Body

The Brazil Cerrado is one of our more heavy coffees. There’s no mistaking the fragence the moment the bag is opened. While being brewed, it brings forth the same aromas of cocoa with a complementing earth fragrance of cypress. These smells also linger in the air for a good minute after being brewed.

The Cerrado has notes of dark chocolate and spice, along with a crème brule flavor leaving that sweet lingering chocolatey finish. This coffee can also pair well with cream and sugar with the body and notes.
