A wide variety of cheese danishes, each one carefully crafted with the same flaky, buttery dough. The dough follows the recipe of a traditional danish dough, experiencing the laminating and proofing process needed to give it the rise it needs to create a delightful crunch as one bites through its flaky layers. Each pastry is brushed with egg wash before it goes into the oven to give it a beautiful golden brown color.
