Inspiration Mixes is an Oregon company that offers high-quality, gluten-free baking mixes and bakery items. Prior to buying our products, many customers were stuck eating food that threatened their health or with settling for poor-tasting food or limited menu choices. We blend our own flour mixes in Roseburg and bake pizza crusts, bread, hamburger buns, and flatbreads with the artisan touch. Always gluten-free so you don't have to worry. We're a non-GMO facility that uses ingredients you can pronounce.

We blend our mixes by hand in small batches, testing each batch for gluten. Our mixes are easy to prepare, and without a gritty texture found in some gluten-free products. Inspiration Mixes is the answer to your question of, “How do I get my gluten-intolerant child to eat?” Most of our mixes can be adapted to a vegan diet which means you can give up the eggs and dairy -- without giving up on taste.
Debbie and her sister, Cathy, started Inspiration Mixes in 2009 to entice Debbie's young gluten-intolerant grandson to eat more foods. Determined that no child should have to eat gritty, poor-tasting food, the two sisters developed a line of nutritious and gluten-free food with the taste and texture of traditional foods. Their recipes became Inspiration Mixes. Cap and Cheryl Caplan bought into the partnership in 2018 so Cathy could go onto other adventures. Cheryl has been gluten-free since 2004.
