The Cheese People of Colorado Springs

We are Bleys and Lynn Kueck. We grew up in Colorado Springs and are now raising our 3 children here. We have been running and growing our business here since 2012. The Cheese People bring to the table a wide variety of artisanal cheeses. Whether co-produced, specialty aged, or a Cheese People original, most every cheese we carry is unique to us in some way. We’re thankful to be able to partner with a distinct selection of artisan cheesemakers each with a story as unique as the cheese they make.
