Goldie celebrates the beautiful characteristics
of aged cider. This base cider spent eight months in neutral barrel, and one year on its lees in bottle before disgorging. Our 2020 vintage is made using equal parts Hyslop Crabapples, Red Delicious, and Spartan apples.

Autolytic, structured, and toasty with a soft
