Century

Century is a blend of five apples from our
oldest orchard - planted by Hans Salting our
great-great-grandfather. The trees in this 5
acre block range in age from 82-110 years old.

It is equal parts Red Delicious, Golden Deli-
cious, Macintosh, and Spartan, as well as our

Salting Mystery Apple—which Alyssa, our
Cidermaker, likes to call The Snow White
Apple.
Both varieties of Delicious, the Macs, and the
Spartans were blended as juice; this ferment
was then poured over the Mystery mash
where it continued to ferment for five days.
This mash was then pressed and added to the
blend.
Textural, juicy, concentrated.
