Description
This cider is equal parts Granny Smith and
Newtown-Pippin apples.
These two varieties are highly biannual and
we’re never sure how much we’re going to
get, let alone if it makes sense to juice them
separatly. But when we have enough to juice
them separately our cidermaker Alyssa just
can’t bear to blend them into anything else.
We’re never sure which years we’ll be able to
make this cider, so enjoy them now!
Smells honeyed on the nose, but it’s crisp,
light, and lemony on the palate.
