Cow Paddy Irish Fudge

We have been making old fashion slow-cooked fudge since 2012. We make the standard flavors, like chocolate, dark chocolate, and peanut butter, to more exotic flavors like pistachio and pineapple-apricot-hot pepper. We also make our famous chocolate covered truffles that have literally been acclaimed by numerous chefs!
