We started our food truck 4 years ago. We wanted to create food native to what we both were brought up eating. Both Tree Dog and myself ate most of our food from farms, Oregon and Md respectively. Our roots are celtic. Scottish and German. SMASH became the base for most of our food. Everything is from scratch. And I might bet a dime that if you have not had our food, when you do get the opportunity, you will remember Tree Dog Roots!

We strive to make & serve deliciously fresh food from our truck window each and every time.
We love flavor and we both like to experiment with cooking. SMASH is our signature base of our food.
It is a rustic mashed red potato, carrots, parsnips, chevere goat cheese, butter, salt & pepper. We offer toppings to choose from. And most of the time we offer a special of the day. This offers a variety of changes in our menu and taking advantage of the wonderful change of ingredients and come... get SMASH®.
