Hello, I’m Lauren, owner and operator of Shenandoah Smoke Catering. My micro catering business specializes in scratch-made BBQ. Everything from the slow smoked meats to scratch-made sauces is thoughtfully prepared, with love! I choose ingredients I feel good about feeding my own children and never use things like seed oils or corn syrup. Most of the menu is gluten-free, and great care is taken to prevent cross-contamination.
