Abby’s Low-Carb Creations

My business, Abby’s Low-Carb Creations, comes from my own passion for health. I was diagnosed with type one diabetes in 2018 while in college and immediately began a low-carb or ketogenic lifestyle to manage my health. My mother is a Registered Dietician, so we eat this way together and have enjoyed cooking and baking different recipes these past six years. Every time I visit a new city or farmers market I look for keto bakeries or restaurants, and I have not found any in central Florida. I began this business to fill a hole in the market and offer accessible dessert options for families that eat food free of sugar, gluten, soy, and seed oils. I bake my products in my home and observe cottage food law guidelines.
