A Wok of Flame

The Wok of Flame is a vibrant and collaborative passion project created by Cory Rothwell and Dhevhan Keith. Their unique venture showcases a delightful array of Filipino fusion dishes, inspired by the rich and diverse culinary traditions of their community.

Through their melting-pot community gatherings, Cory and Dhevhan bring people together to celebrate and enjoy these innovative and flavorful creations. Their gatherings are not just about food, but also about fostering a sense of community and cultural exchange, making each event a memorable and enriching experience for all involved.

Their unique menu will include dishes including Yakicit (combo of Filipino Pancit and Japanese Yakisoba), Panangbet (combo of Thai Panang curry and Filipino Pakbet), and Adobo Paratha Tacos (Classic chicken adobo and select veggies in an Indian flaky paratha).

A weekly rotating special fusing new culinary combinations will be featured.
