I am a small batch bakery which sells at Farmers Markets and to local customers since 2015. I take pride in making everything from scratch and use the freshest ingredients possible.
You can also find my natural selections that I do by milling wheat berries at time of bake (green labeled) whether it be from Hard White Wheat, Soft White Wheat or Einkorn and using Honey or Sucanat for any sweetener needed. I also mill the Oat Groats for my Granola, Cowboy Cookies or wherever I use rolled oats.
My top seller is my Par Baked Pizza Dough! (Whole Wheat version too)
So easy to use and a delicious! It was loved in Colorado where I began, then moving on to Georgia where it remained my top seller and now Tennessee.
I also make Cinnamon Rolls (the best you will ever put in your mouth), Sandwich Breads, Toffee, Cheese Straws, Quick Breads, PopTarts, Oatmeal Creme Pies and I can't leave out the Shortbreads.

Recipe inventor for my Shortbreads. (While living in Jackson Hole, I owned and ran Jackson Hole Cookie Company where I supplied my shortbread cookies in the local grocery stores and gift shops throughout the Yellowstone and Teton region).
