Spour is a new company in Colorado Springs. We are wanting to join farmer markets across town. We are a cafe that specializes in organic mushroom based drinks and foods that have zero caffeine, natural energy, healing properties, and are designed to get you through the day as a healthy alternative to coffee. Our in house mushroom powder "Spour Blend" is FDA approved and lab tested meeting the highest food grade standards.
