I'm originally from Kentucky, and have been eating some great beer cheese since I was a kid. About 10 years ago, I began experimenting with my own beer cheese recipe, and after much trial and error, got it the way I wanted it. I made it for family and friends, and everyone wanted more. I decided to start manufacturing it and selling it, two years ago. I have mild, medium, hot, and spicy bacon flavors. If you've never tried my beer cheese, come on out to the markets that we participate in, and we'll give you a free sample.

As I stated before, I am originally from Kentucky, but spent 18 years in Charleston, SC, where I currently still own and operate a distributorship for Hunt Brothers Pizza, which covers most of South Carolina. Because of personal reasons, decided to pack up and move my wife and daughter to Dade City, FL in 2017.
