In Nuna we prepare traditional Latin food from different countries like:
- Encebollado, (a traditional soup from Ecuador made with Tuna, vegetables and yuca), topped with pickled onions and cilantro;
- Chifles (green plantain chips);
- Bolon: smashed green plantain mixed with cheese or chicharrón (fried pork belly);
- Arepas: Venezuelan style, with my personal touch, (a corn party stuffed with chicken, or beef, or chorizo);
- Roasted whole corn topped with cheese and spices;
- Corviche,:an Ecuadorian dish made of green plantain balls stuffed with a tasty seafood filling.
DESSERTS:
- Coconut Flan;- Tiramisu with a South American touch;- Pudding, my Ecuadorian way;- Tres Leches, three ways!
DRINKS: - Chicha Morada (a traditional Peruvian drink made with purple corn, pineapple spices and lemon juice).
