Coutelier started in New Orleans in 2015. In 2018 we opened our second shop in East Nashville. We are a one stop shop for hobby home cooks to professional chefs. We carry a curated selection on Japanese hand forged knives, culinary tools, and offer knife sharpening and repairs.
