Flying Moon Farm

My business focuses on creating sustainable goods out of the renewable resources generated from my farm. Flying Moon Farm is home to horses, sheep, a large market garden, a food forest and an untouched protected wetland habitat.

I create a mix of fresh, preserved and crafted goods. I utilize the produce and herbs from my sustainable garden to create garden focaccia and other seasonally baked items. I use the fleece from the sheep to create felted soap and other fibre arts crafts. I use the wild herbs to create specialty tea blends.
