Iron Rose Collection

Iron Rose Collection is a veteran-owned business that strives to build heirloom quality home decor products by harvesting previously used materials that have reached their natural end life. Materials include and are not limited to retired wine & whiskey barrels, barn wood, reclaimed lumber and more. After years of traveling to shows/events I'm focused on the Michigan area.

I came to be a maker later in life than some. After successful corporate careers, in my 50's I decided to make a change to something I love. I found that in being able to create using reclaimed material my passion stays kindled. Like many of us the material has had a previous life that reflects different character in the dings, dents and markings. I strive not to create something perfect, but perfect the client. My goal is to build an heirloom product that the kids will fight over who gets the Sexy Susan when we're gone.

Our gateway product is the Sexy Susan (just like a lazy Susan only sexier). I build each product by hand at our shop in Albion, MI. I work hard to create something unique and individual in every piece we build. I find myself in Michigan after starting my craft in Salt Lake City, UT where I practiced from 2014 - 2018 traveling all over doing events in Utah, Nevada, California, Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, and Michigan.
