Bowenwork Health

Bowenwork is a soft tissue therapy and health coaching practice designed to reset the nervous system after accidents, injuries, and chronic overuse. The client assesses their balance before and after sessions. Postural alignment and gentle muscle-coordinating assignments are given after each session.
