Hello! I’m the manager at Bubbles and Blowouts. Just off of South Dale Mabry! I am interested in doing a pop up Braid-Bar with my team and services the public to dry-styling!! Braids/Pony’s/Tinsel. We also have retail and would love to bring some small things for sale!
