Hi! My name is Daph and welcome to Ling Ling Canteen! š š I produce small batch chilli oil, traditional-style kimchi and dumplings - all hand made by me here in beautiful Squamish, BC.
My palette is very much influenced by my childhood in Malaysia where food played a major role in my life. I aim to bring you delicious, home-cooked flavours - food that I eat at home and I look forward to being able to share it with u. ā¤ļø

My goal is to bring you delicious, home-cooked food - the same flavours I grew up eating, food that fills me with warmth and comfort - to you and to also share my knowledge in Malaysian-Chinese heritage.
