Piquette is made from flavor-rich second-press grapes, fermenting leftover skins and stems after their initial crush. This results in a beverage that’s lighter tasting, lower in
alcohol (6.2%), and sugar, yet slightly carbonated. Aligning with our values
of sustainable farming, this piquette is our answer to beer on a hot summer day: ice-cold and bursting with notes of strawberry and raspberry.
