Ghee has many health benefits including being rich in Omega, great for gut health, and high in a number of vitamins including Vitamin E making ghee a natural emollient so use this classic version as a body butter or hair mask! It is also lactose free and has a long shelf life, originally being made to withstand the heat of the Indian sub continent. Our ghee is small batch and made from locally sourced ingredients.
