Hi there! My name is Marjorie, and I’m a painter. I’ve recently started my business, Oily Marj. I specialize in oil painting (hence the name) and love creating playful still-life paintings featuring my favorite mixtures of food and beverages. A friend described my style as whimsical realism, which I think is fitting!

I sell original paintings and print reproductions of my work. My prints are all made locally at a studio in North Portland, printed on recycled paper, and photographed in-house. I offer various sizes for each print and have a stationery set in the works from a recent batch of new paintings.
