Management Team: - The management structure consists of the co-owners. - Oscar Deutzman is in charge of direction, administration, and start-up operations. - Oscar has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has successfully created a restaurant chain with 17 branches. - He is an expert in supplier management, human resources management for the food industry, and has all food management certificates. - Oscar is also an amateur product photographer and chocolatier. - Laura Davila is an industrial and systems engineer. - She has experience in plant, warehouse, and supply chain design. - Laura has over 20 years of experience in business management and sales. - She is also an entrepreneur and has been a chocolatier for 10 years. - Laura is skilled in product image development, logo design, packaging design, and website design.
