Artisanal Honey

ROOTS & RITUAL ARTISANAL HONEY - We only occasionally offer this product at local markets and online. It comprises about 10% of our total sales. Most of our honey is used in our Herbal Honey Elixirs, so most of the year we have limited availability.

Roots & Ritual bees are sweet, urban pollinators rescued from all around the Tampa Bay area. We are backyard beekeepers with a profound love for bees. The health & vibration of our hives is our greatest priority. We don't farm our bees. Our honey is always urban wildflower so our bees have the most bio-diverse diet possible with the least exposure to harmful neonicotinoids and glyphosates. This also helps them create a very rich and allergy supporting honey.

Our Artisanal Honey is always hand-processed, never mechanized and never barrelled. We practice natural beekeeping, always leaving enough honey for the hives to sustain themselves, never supplementing their diet with sugar water or high fructose corn syrup and never treating our hives with chemicals.
